The events centre’s proposals include:
- Flexible Theatre/auditorium space
- Separate flexible Exhibition Hall suitable for variety of uses including weddings, exhibitions, sports events and banquet events.
- ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ – Liberty movable sprung dance floor.
- Leading digital technology for AV
- Several smaller breakout spaces to accommodate additional guests/delegates.
- Flexible hospitality spaces including VIP area
- 180-degree views of the lake and coastline
- Signature restaurant
- Lakeside café space for community and networking – open all year round, café by day, bistro by night
- High quality public realm landscaping
