After the success of its first year, Sefton residents will continue to have access to the health app library provided by the Organisation for the Review of Care and Health Applications (ORCHA).
By visiting the ORCHA website Sefton residents can find thousands of accredited health apps that have been carefully selected to meet the health needs of people in Sefton. They include apps to help people with children and young families, to help people keep active, eat healthier or to support their mental health or manage long term conditions such as diabetes, asthma or heart disease.
In addition, health and care professionals across the Borough have been trained on how to use the app library to select specific apps that can help to support the people they care for.
Thanks to the world-leading standards of the ORCHA evaluation process, people know they can trust any of the apps they find on the website.
