The Norwood Mitigation Improvement Scheme is proposed to be funded by the overall Southport Eastern Access Improvement Scheme budget of £16.8million which is funded by the Liverpool City Region Sustainable Transport Settlement I (CRSTS I), which is aimed to deliver a number of linked transport projects throughout the Liverpool City Region.
