On 14th September 2022 the Council issued an immediate Article 4 direction to remove the permitted development rights to demolish Park House, Haigh Road, Liverpool being development comprised within Class B of Part 11 of Schedule 2 to the said Order and not being development comprised within any other Class.
This Immediate 2022 Article 4 Direction shall come into force immediately on the day it is served (14 September 2022), and if subsequently confirmed by the Council shall come into force permanently on 15 March 2023 (unless a different date is specified by the Secretary of State) subject to the consideration of any representations received during the consultation period.
Representations may be made concerning the Article 4 Direction to the local planning authority from 14 September 2022 to 14 March 2023, by writing to Planning Services Magdalen House 30 Trinity Road Bootle L20 3NJ. Alternatively, representations can be sent by email to planning.department@sefton.gov.uk.
