Books of Remembrance

Southport is a close-knit community and as we have seen, has naturally come together in the wake of this tragedy.

There has been an outpouring of support and generosity among the Southport community, and many have been gathering to lay flowers, balloons, and teddy bears in memory of Bebe King, Elsie Dot Stancombe, and Alice Dasilva Aguiar and all those affected.

Books of Remembrance

There are physical books of remembrance at The Atkinson on Lord Street in Southport Town Centre (PR8 1DB) and Bootle Town Hall, Oriel Road (L20 7AE) for people wanting to pay tribute to Bebe, Elsie, Alice and all those affected.

Opening times

The Atkinson is open 10am to 4pm, Monday to Saturday.

Bootle Town Hall is open 8.30 am to 6.00 pm.

School tributes

The schools of the girls who sadly passed away on Monday have published a moving tribute to 'shining star' Bebe, 'one of a kind' Elsie, and 'happiest of souls' Alice.
